Isaac Comnenus, usurper in Cyprus, 1185-1191. Tetarteron (Bronze, 22 mm, 2.61 g, 7 h), uncertain mint in Cyprus, circa 1187-1191. Christ, nimbate, enthroned facing; to left and right IC and XC. Rev. ICAAKIOC ΔЄCΠΟΤ On the left, Isaac Comnenus standing facing, with forked beard, wearing divitision and loros, holding labarum in his right hand and globus cruciger in his left, on the right, Virgin Mary standing facing, nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium, crowning the emperor with her right hand.
